Perfect a/c charge every time with 30lbs tank

This scale is a good value, it works well but has one major design flaw. After a period of time it shuts itself off and does not have memory of the weight. When this happened to me I was lucky enough to have remembered what the tank weight was when I started. Then I did a calculation to determine my end weight and wrote it down on the tank. I was doing a full charge on a 3 ton system so this thing shut itself off several times. Had I not been paying such close attention at the start of the charge I would have really been in bind.
